About Us
Established in 2003, TC Precision is a Singapore PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing company that has expanded into Contract Design and Manufacturing (CDM). We combine manufacturing experience with product development, PCB design and engineering services to support customers from concept to production.
Our services cover industrial design, mechanical engineering, electronic circuit design, PCB layout, prototyping, PCB assembly and box build. By considering manufacturing requirements early in the design process, we help customers develop products that are practical to assemble, test and produce consistently.
With local support in Singapore and manufacturing in Johor Bahru, we provide close engineering collaboration and flexible support for design changes, prototype builds and recurring low to medium volume production.
Our Solutions
COB Bonder Machine
Our ASM wire bonding machine supports chip-on-board (COB) assembly using fine aluminium wires to connect semiconductor dies to PCB bond pads. This capability complements our SMT and through-hole PCB assembly services, supporting prototype builds through low and medium volume production.
SMT Machine
Our Chip Shooter machine rapidly speeds up electronic component manufacturing by enabling high-speed and precise PCB assembly (PCB-A). It rapidly places small electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs), streamlining the automation process. This improvement boosts production efficiency, placement accuracy, and consistency, making it ideal for PCB prototyping.
SMT Machine
Our IC Mounter machine enhances electronic component manufacturing by enabling accurate and reliable PCB assembly (PCB-A) through the precise placement of integrated circuits (ICs) and larger electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). When combined with automated SMT processes, it significantly boosts placement precision, production consistency, and manufacturing efficiency — ideal for PCB prototyping and high volume production.
Reflow Oven
Our reflow oven service specializes in the precise soldering of surface-mounted components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs), a critical process in electronic component manufacturing. By utilizing controlled heating profiles (7 Zones), we ensure reliable and consistent solder joints, enhancing the quality of PCB quality.
Automatic Dispensing Machine
